Each individual Player is permitted to hold one Account only on jeeta9. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using alternative contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jeeta9 will close all duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any balance held within them.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. jeeta9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. jeeta9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
jeeta9 may, at its sole discretion, decline to register any Account applicant without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
All deposits to jeeta9 Accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and domestic bank transfer. jeeta9 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed as accepted at the time of your deposit.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jeeta9, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, and jeeta9 is not responsible for any restrictions applied by third-party MFS providers.
Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account balance within 15 minutes, contact jeeta9 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again before confirming the status of your original transaction.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your jeeta9 Account are owned by you, are not proceeds of crime, and are not being deposited for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gaming. jeeta9 operates anti-money laundering controls and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
jeeta9 does not charge deposit fees. However, your MFS provider or bank may charge their own transaction fees. jeeta9 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment processing fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are ordinarily processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours, or where additional verification is required, may take longer. jeeta9 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all standard withdrawal requests.
jeeta9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 calendar days of a request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Account balance.
Withdrawals will not be processed if your Account has an outstanding wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds, if your Account is under investigation for Prohibited Conduct, or if your Account has been suspended pending compliance review.
In cases where jeeta9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, jeeta9 may delay or withhold a withdrawal indefinitely pending investigation, and may share information with relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.
jeeta9 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins equivalents, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published at the time of the offer. Those specific terms supplement and are subject to these general Terms.
Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all jeeta9 bonuses:

All content on the jeeta9 Platform — including but not limited to the jeeta9 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interface, promotional materials, and game assets — is the intellectual property of jeeta9 or its licensed game provider partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal recreational gaming purposes. jeeta9 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon permanent Account closure for a reason other than Prohibited Conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required KYC process. Where closure is a result of Prohibited Conduct, jeeta9 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jeeta9 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
jeeta9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jeeta9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause) may be made without prior notice.
